Microsoft Office

Our company is standardized on Microsoft Windows7 and Microsoft Office 2010, including Microsoft Project 2010 for producing Gantt charts. We also host our own domain and email on Microsoft Server 2010 and Exchange 2010.

IQ Coordinator

IQ Coordinator is a Work Order Management system specifically designed for Office Furniture Installers. It allows Colonial Systems to manage Quotes, Orders, Receiving Tickets, Punch Lists, Documents, Time Entry, Job Costing and Reporting in a single system.

IQ Coordinator also offers a Customer Portal where customers can view their work orders and other related information in real time.

Snap Tracker

The Industry Standard in Office Furniture Asset Management, SnapTracker is the “Power Tool” for furniture dealers and service providers to manage their own inventories and those of their customers and to offer value-added services that enhance and secure their ongoing customer relationships. With an available e-commerce feature, customers can access inventory and order from stock or new entirely over the internet.

Laptops and Cell Phones

Colonial Systems has equipped every foreman with a state of the art Apple iPhone and cellular data plan to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information. In addition, all of the foremen in our Architectural Wall division have company issued laptops that they use on the jobsite for accessing large format drawing files and shop drawings.
