Gene has provided the leadership for over 25 years to guide Colonial Systems to the size and success it enjoys today. Gene has also served as President of the international “best practices” installation group known as Facilities Services Network.
In addition to spending time with his family, Gene enjoys a good round of golf, bird hunting with his dog, and cooking at home on the grill.
Felicia is actively involved in the day to day activities as well as setting the direction / vision of the Company.
In addition to her undergraduate degree in Communications and Business Management, Felicia brings over 30 years of experience in the contract office furniture industry to her role.
Aside from spending time with her two children, Felicia enjoys playing golf and traveling.
Scott is the chief financial officer and treasurer at Colonial and is responsible for the overall financial strategy of the company as well as its IT and Human Resources areas.
Prior to joining Colonial in 2015, he was vice president of finance and secretary at Red Thread Spaces, where he was responsible for the complete spectrum of the finance function during his 20 year tenure. Before joining Red Thread Spaces he was an auditor at Arthur Andersen
Enjoys an active lifestyle of running, biking and hiking with his family.
Rosario is responsible for assisting the CEO with preparing and presenting client proposals and work agreements, coordinating and attending company meetings and events, and negotiating and maintaining contracts with outside office vendors.
Rosario has over 20 years of industry experience.
She enjoys traveling with her family, running road races and is an avid Patriots fan.
David has operations responsibility for wall projects, including resourcing, product logistics, project management and installation.
With over 15 years field experience with Colonial Systems, prior to moving into an operations management role, David has an in-depth knowledge of product, operations and client interactions.
David enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids while also working on his never-ending home improvement projects.
As the Finance Department Coordinator, Brianna handles field time collection, monitor time reporting for jobs, administers union stamps, and other administrative tasks. She has previous experience as a commercial furniture sales coordinator and has a B.A. in English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
In her free time, Brianna enjoys reading, doing improv comedy and spending time with her family.
Travis manages projects that he is assigned to in order to ensure that all the appropriate resources are pulled together in the appropriate time and communicated to all members of the team. Travis has successfully managed many large, and complex projects for Colonial. His construction background has proven invaluable to our clients.
Travis was born in New Brunswick, Canada but raised in Waltham, MA. Travis worked for a sheetrocking company for ten years as a union carpenter before he enrolled at Wenworth Institute of Technology ultimately receiving degrees in Construction and Project Management.
Travis enjoys snowmobiling in the winter, and fishing and golf in the summer.
Bob is responsible for the daily activity associated with the Asset Management program, as well as managing all product returns from jobsites.
Bob has over 35 years in the office furniture industry with multiple dealers. He has succeeded in numerous management positions all focused on Delivery and Warehousing Operations. Bob’s integrity, work-ethic, and his successful integration of the Snaptracker software into warehouse operations are halmarks of his reputation.
Bob enjoys spending time with 6 grandchildren, when not Fly Fishing across North America.
Joe manages selected major accounts, oversees project execution, and provides project estimating.
With more than 35 years of experience in furniture management and installation, he has made major contributions in both dealer and independent-installer business environments. Applying his deep experience in customer service, he is well equipped to understand the needs and interests of our client dealers across the region and help assure their success.
Joe enjoys spending time with Mary, his wife of 35 years, and his four sons and their families. He is an active golfer and spends time down the Cape as his busy schedule permits.
Jeneile is a Project Manager with a focus on customer relationship building through the heavy coordination between internal and external team members of the installation process. She has a non-linear background as a business owner, construction administrator in the architecture and engineering realm, and project manager in the specialty construction sector.
In her free time she can be found climbing mountains, camping, doing yoga, painting, taking photographs, or wandering the city with her significant other.
Paul’s main responsibility is Estimating Projects, he is also involved Project Management & Customer Relations.
With more than 35 years in the installation of office furniture business he has a solid understanding of the challenges each project presents and is prepared to offer solutions.
Enjoys spending time with his family, reading and getting involved in home projects.
Sam joined Colonial Systems two years ago and has become a much valued member of the estimating team.
Sam went to Johnson & Wales in Providence, RI and studied Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Addictions.
Personal interests include volunteering, spending time with animals, reading, and furthering my education, possibly focusing on Neuropsychology in the future,
As operation coordinator, Nicole has an integral role in the operations department. She handles scheduling all inbound freight and provides detailed receiving reports to customers. Nicole also helps facilitate outbound freight scheduling and provides customer service for the Operations department.
She has been with Colonial for 10 years.
On her down time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and has a soft spot for dogs.
As Warehouse Supervisor, Byron is responsible for shipping, receiving, and handling of inventory at Colonial Systems Inc.
Bayron has worked in installation and furniture management for nine years. He started off as a carpenter and used that experience in the area of shipping and receiving. For the past four years Bayron has been in charge of managing the warehouse at Colonial Systems Inc.
Bayron Juarros loves spending time with his family and friends in his free time. Bayron is a guy who loves to crack jokes and is always joking around both at work and at home. Bayron loves spending his Sundays at church with his wife and kids.
Matt is responsible for the effective management of all operations including, project management, warehousing, delivery and installation operations.
With 20 years of service with Colonial, Matt and his team provide the necessary tools to get the job done right.
Enjoys spending time with his 2 children and wife, as well as exercising at CrossFit on his down time.
Jeff is responsible for business development, customer service and client relations as well as the overall sales and marketing strategy.
With more than 25 years of commercial interiors experience he has a deep knowledge and understanding of the challenges our clients are faced with and can provide seamless solutions.
Enjoys spending time and cooking with his 4 daughters, golf and is a movie buff. Favorite movie is Shawshank Redemption.
Maria is a Project Manager with growing experience in the furniture industry, as well as some knowledge in the construction field. She has a strong focus on creating and building customer relationships and will maintain those relationships by keeping lines of communication open from the project’s start to finish.
In her free time she enjoys playing hockey, working out, building things out of recycled wood and spending time with her family, dog and friends.
Alan joined Colonial in October 2019. He graduated from Colby College in 2017 as a Math and Physics double major and graduated from the University of Iowa in 2019 with a Masters degree in Mathematics. In his spare time, Alan, enjoys running, watching baseball, listening to music, and cooking with friends.
Tanya joined Colonial in October 2019, as a member of the Operations Department. Tanya attended Northeastern University in Boston, Ma., where she studied Criminal Justice. She will assist in sending receiving reports to customers and other administrative tasks related to receiving and scheduling. In her free time, Tanya enjoys spending time with family and her dogs as well as snowmobiling, antiquing and traveling.
Brendon joined Colonial in January of 2019 as a member of the Estimating Department.
After graduating with a degree in History from UMass Lowell in December 2018, Brendon enrolled in the Graduate School of Education where he is studying to be a teacher.
Brendon spends considerable time coaching basketball at both the travel and AAU levels, and also enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Ray is responsible for the A&D, real estate and construction relations as well as the Company’s Marketing strategy
Along with his B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth, Ray leverages his over 30 years of experience in the contract furniture and construction industries to build Colonial’s brand and market awareness.
Ray enjoys spending time with his three children and friends backpacking and mountain climbing in New England.
