We equip each foreman with an iPhone and iPad to ensure timely, accurate and efficient communication with all members of the project team.
A daily progress report featuring digital images from the job site is standard practice for our installation foremen. The reports make it easy for customers to track and manage projects and coordinate with the foreman when issues arise.
